Masinara latest’s innovation is a soft PVC guard for spring boxes. This product has already been patented.
It offers a complete sealing of the spring box edges and interior. Advantages include total shutter curtain protection from scratches, enhanced ease of use and safety for fitters since it stops fingers entering the spring box.
The guard comes in the form of a 25-metre roll, which is simply cut to the correct length and fitted around the spring box. Child’s play, since it comes in a standard size suitable for all 60mm springs and can be fitted to shutter spring boxes already in use. Durability is certified with a test ratio of 15,000 cycles in conformity with EU Standard EN 13241-1.
