The M-PLUS control unit has been designed to allow the installation of a wide range of safety systems for roller shutters.
The control unit also allows roller shutter maintenance cycles to be managed: as soon as the programmed number of cycles has been reached, the control unit will alert the user with an acoustic signal. Designed and manufactured entirely in Italy, the unit is equipped with an input for photocells and an OSE input for the connection of:
Multi-beam optical barrier
In the standard version, H 2.430 mm, the barrier has a dense mesh of 54 beams, which makes it the most advanced security system in the industry.
The barrier prevents any contact with the roller shutter (‘no touch’) during closure and it covers a width of up to 10 m.
Wall photocells
The photocells are able to work both when closing and when opening.
Two models are available, both with a width range of 14 m:
- STANDARD version (40 x 34 x H 99)
- MINI version (28 x 20 x H 70)
Safety edge device with spiral cable
This is a set (lens + decoding box + spiral cable) that enables the connection of the sensitive edge with the control unit using an elastic spiral cable.
The safety edge device intervenes by reversing the motion of the roller shutter as soon as the sensitive edge comes into contact with an obstacle when it is closing.
It covers a range up to a 10 m wide door.
Radio controlled safety edge device
This kit (optical + radio transmitter + radio receiver) allows the sensitive edge to be connected to the control unit without wires.
The optical safety edge intervenes by reversing the motion of the closing shutter when the sensitive edge comes into contact with an obstacle.
The range covers a door width of 7 m. The operating frequency is 868 MHz.
